I react to lots of face products but I found the Henriëtte Faroche range (of which I used the Matificante Tonic, R262, and Cleansing Milk for Oily Skin, R270) really gentle. It doesn’t leave any residue and your skin feels good once the cleansing milk has been rinsed or tissued off. The Tonic is used after the cleansing milk to remove any remnants of make-up and impurities, and also to refresh and rebalance the skin. It also has a calming effect on the skin at it restores the PH and the natural herbal ingredients smell lovely.
I particularly enjoyed the Faromatique Concentrate for oily skin, R395. It is a purifying and moisturising concentrate which is antiseptic and healing, and has a base of almond oil, Melissa, sage, ylang ylang and lemon. You apply it in the evening after cleansing. It helps with oily skin and pimples.
I think the packaging looks appealing and the cool minty look is very refreshing. I especially enjoy the easy pump action application of the bottles and the stylised look of the packaging, which is both elegant and easy to hold.
