Romantic Hairstyles

Romantic hairstyles, Rachel Bilson, Mila Kunis, Kate Middelton, Carri Underwood, Ashley TisdaleThere’s nothing that a bit of a styling and romance can’t do for anyone. Try these romantic hairstyles that will leave you feeling flirty this Valentine’s Day.

Rachel Bilson’s Romantic Waves.

As beautiful as she is talented, the lovely Rachel is often seen sporting romantic, loose waves. This look is so simple to achieve, and is a great style to wear when you’re running late for date night. Blow-dry your hair, part a middle section and then begin to create waves using curling tongs or an iron. Remember, you don’t want to wrap the hair too tightly around the tongs, as you want to achieve relaxed waves. Finish off with some good old hair spray to keep your waves looking romantic all night long!

Mila Kurnis’s Romantic Chignon

Have heads turning when you create this romantic updo. Start off with wavy hair, then, keeping a small section of hair from in front that you will use to complete the style, put your hair in a low pony and begin to create a chignon. If you don’t know how, a messy bun in the nape of your neck will also do the trick. Use hair pins in the same shade as your hair colour to secure it. You can pull some bits out to create a textured look. Take that piece of hair that you saved for last and brush it over to one side and pin it behind your ear. A drop of shine serum will add the finishing touch and have you sleek and sexy like Mila Kurnis in no time.

Kate Middelton’s Romantic Bounce

This simple and glamorous hairstyle is so easy to achieve. All you’re going to need is healthy long locks. Wash your hair with a volumising shampoo and conditioner to help create the bounce needed. Blow dry your hair section by section, curling the ends with a round barrel brush. If you’re not successful in creating curls with a brush, try some rollers. Remember not to keep them in for too long, as you want that loosely curled look.
Hold in the curls with some hair spray.

Carri Underwood’s Ribbon curl

Another romantic hairstyle is to wear your hair half up with ribbon curls. Blow dry your hair first and then, with a curling tong, begin to create tight ribbon curls. The best way to create these is to twist the hair around your finger first so the hair is already tight and then wrap it around the curling tong. Once your hair is curled, leave a few pieces out in front and then take a large section of hair on top and create a bouffant, pinning it at the back to keep in place.

Ashley Tisdale’s Romantic Side Ponytail

This romantic style is very versatile and can be worn for a glamorous night out or for a relaxed daytime occasion. Start off by working some mousse into damp hair. Now part your hair, and with a curling brush blow dry your front pieces to create extra volume. Gather your hair into a side ponytail and secure it with an elastic band.
